Angus Glen is managing this stunning, lush nine-hole course nestled in the Rouge River Valley. Nine of the former 18 holes, once the playground of IBM, were redeveloped into a residential community about 10 years ago. The remaining nine—meticulously groomed tree-lined fairways—curse all but blessed straight shooters. To be sure, every level of golfer will find a hole to call their nemesis. Many consider it the par four sixth, which has two water obstacles to the hole; others brace for the seemingly simple par three third, with its back-to-front-sloped green neatly flanked by a hazard behind and the Rouge River in front (leave your tee shot below the hole or you may putt it right off the green).
