Set in the Niagara Escarpment, Hockley Valley’s spa takes advantage of its scenic location. On the third floor, French doors open onto balconies with views of the ski hill. Guests recline on velvet chaise longues in front of the fire, sipping herbal teas. Signature treatments include a Caviar Facial and the Sea Flower Kur, a lavish two-and-a-half-hour affair that includes a pine-scented footbath, a body scrub, an algae wrap, and an all-over body moisturizing. Overnight packages can be combined with skiing and snowboarding, or golf on the nearby Thomas McBroom–designed links-style course.
