The Georgian Bay scenery is so spectacular that the inn’s drab architecture doesn’t really matter. Daily pontoon boat cruises provide easy access to the hiking trails of Beausoleil Island in Georgian Bay Islands National Park. And there’s a wide variety of programs geared to various ages: an adult volleyball tournament, wetland walks for kids, golfing for juniors. What’s more, it’s a great value: in July and August, Delawana allows one child (per adult) to stay free. Packages include most water sports (canoeing, kayaking, paddle boating), as well as mountain bikes, pontoon boat cruises, and social activities ranging from campfires for teens to live entertainment. Beaches and a pool are overseen by lifeguards in the summer months.
