On weekends, get to Jackson-Triggs close to its 10:30 a.m. opening; tours run every 30 minutes but are limited to 15 people. Designed by acclaimed architectural firm Kuwabara Payne McKenna Blumberg, this sleek, modern building makes a striking impression. Its industrial doors slide open to reveal an expansive view of the vineyards, the focus of the tour. Guides highlight the finer points of winemaking, and after it’s all over, you get to drink. For about $20 per person, you can order a flight of three wines, accompanied by assorted cheeses, nuts and dried fruit.
