This contemporary inn is a chic alternative to Prince Edward County’s more twee B&Bs. Laid out on ground level, all the rooms come with a patio that opens onto a garden or the vineyards. Inside, the dark oak trim, black granite counters and red leather chairs set a masculine mood. Premier suites have large sitting areas and whirlpool tubs; wine-themed decor is kept to a tasteful minimum. A self-serve breakfast (boiled eggs, make-your-own waffles, omelette wraps, mini-sausages) is served in the lounge; tastings at the winery are also available.
