Perched on a hilltop and surrounded by gardens, this gracious 19th-century Port Hope bed and breakfast features views that are unmatched. Although conveniently located near the town’s Walton Street shopping district, the wooded hillside successfully creates the impression of a tranquil rural retreat. Of the six guest rooms, the most requested are Room 1 (the ground-floor space has a king bed, a high mantel and a window seat) and Room 6 (with its canopy bed and gas fireplace).
