Ross Wise is now the permanent winemaker at this clever five-year-old gravity-flow winery, having replaced South Africa–raised Marlize Beyers. There is a small, well-chosen range of cool-climate pinot noir, riesling, chardonnay and a multi-grape blend called Twisted, all ready to sample in the tasting room that overlooks the sweeping vineyard vista.
