There are more than 150 kinds of loose-leaf teas and tisanes on offer here. Bayview Village shoppers can order tea by the cup while enjoying English scones, French pastries or lunchtime quiche and salads. Owner Catherine Lashko, formerly food and beverage director at the Windsor Arms, takes tea to entirely new levels of taste. The in-store matcha machine is the only one of its kind in Canada; it makes fresh matcha (green tea) lattes, as well as pure matcha. Custom blends include Canadian maple, masala chai and chocolate-mint.
