This loose-leaf empire is taking over Toronto. More than 100 teas and rotating seasonal picks are divided into broad categories. Try the fragrant Green Seduction dotted with pomegranate seeds or pu’erh, a fermented black Chinese tea that’s as probiotic as yogurt. There’s South American mate (which packs a strong caffeine hit) and an overwhelming selection of herbals. Most are $6 to $10 for 50 grams, though rare sips, like Organic Ancient Snow Sprout, can go for as high as $30 for the same amount.
