This four-year-old shop carries only top shelf non-irradiated spices. Every cupboard basic is here, plus brilliant innovations, like ground organic lemon peel. Even the most ardent foodie will unearth goodies they’ve never heard of (or at least can’t spell): asafoetida, epazote, ras el hanout and galangal. House blends fly off the shelves.
