Coveted products include sirop violette from France, aged balsamic vinegars, and Armando Manni oil, exclusive to the Olive Pit in Canada. Olive oils come in 50 varieties; avocado, truffle and argan (from the nuts of a Moroccan tree of the same name) oils inspire food-obsessed types.
