Owner Tahsin Solmaz used to run shops in Ankara and Istanbul, where he learned to make such Turkish delights as sucuk sausage. Now open eight years, the store offers a quality selection of halal meats and treats from his homeland. Don’t miss the stone-crushed, water-pressed Eskisi Gibi extra-virgin olive oil. Solmaz’s wife keeps the freezer full of homemade börek (phyllo pastry filled with spiced beef) and chicken kofta.
