Refrigerators and freezers line the walls, packed with Italian favourites and homespun soups. Lasagna is made with ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and Carlo’s extra-meaty sauce. Soups come in returnable jars: cucumber with mint, borscht and black bean gazpacho, to name a few.
