In an unassuming shop plunked in the middle of a business centre, owner and pastry chef Lynda Stoller and her daughter Karen West make gasp-worthy desserts. For eight years, customers have flocked here for signature, old-fashioned chocolate cake with three layers of sweet chocolate meringue. Treats are made using recipes from the family safe. Think moist red velvet cupcakes, gooey date squares, and Great-grandma’s crust-reduced butter tarts. Custom and wedding cakes available.
