Ontario-produced goods are proudly displayed here: baskets of saskatoon berries, fresh-roasted Valencia peanuts, bags of red fife flour. Pantry shelves hold pickles and preserves, and organic Algonquin teas, with such ingredients as blue vervain and lemon balm. In the freezer, there’s lamb (LFP certified), chicken and fish (Purdy’s from Lake Huron). Ontario cheeses (Thunder Oak, Monforte, Fifth Town and Ewenity) are well represented.
