This shop could just as easily be found in Digby, Nova Scotia, what with the rustic interior and chalkboard advertising the popular lobster supper (freshly steamed lobsters, plus a selection of sides). The refrigerated display is loaded with a selection of black tiger shrimp, sushi-grade tuna, wild West Coast salmon and “dry” scallops (which haven’t been plumped up with a sodium-water solution). The Crabby Cakes are paired with a tangy creole mustard sauce. A selection of prepared meals may be eaten in or taken out.
