Retail is not really Lobster Island’s market (they’re too busy supplying Toronto’s top restaurants), but if you’re looking for a couple of pounds of sushi-grade tuna (yellowfin or big-eye) or salmon, owner Dennis Chan will set you up. Fresh geoduck clams? No problem. Want them peeled and skinned? They’ll do that, too. You may find a bargain: live lobsters ring in at $10 a pound in season. Oysters are sold in cases of 100 to 120.
