Bill’s Lobsters

Crystal clear tanks, gleaming steel displays, and nary a whiff of fish all make shopping here a treat. The focus is on quality, freshness and seasonal availability: live Alaskan king crab, live wild Pacific spotted shrimp, Nova Scotia lobster, Dungeness crab and wild B.C. sockeye salmon. With a day’s notice, Bill’s will let squeamish cooks off the hook and pre-boil the lobsters. Shelves and freezers hold everything else needed for dinner, from house-made lobster dumplings (courtesy of Bill’s wife, Judy) to red bean ice cream.
