Bill’s Lobsters

Crystal clear tanks, gleaming steel displays, and nary a whiff of fish in the air all make shopping a treat here. The focus is on quality, freshness and seasonal availability: live Alaskan king crab, live wild Pacific spotted shrimp, Nova Scotia lobster, Dungeness crab, wild B.C. sockeye salmon and jumbo wild tiger shrimp plucked from the Indian Ocean. With a day’s notice, Bill’s will let squeamish cooks off the hook and boil the lobsters for you. Shelves and freezers hold everything else needed for dinner, from house-made lobster dumplings (courtesy of wife Judy) to red bean ice cream.
