This grocer focuses on Thai and Vietnamese specialties, with a dash of Latin as a nod to the local clientele. The produce department is a veritable tropical plantation, with yam, taro, coconut, papaya, cassava and plantains sitting next to cases of sweet tamarind fresh off the flight from Thailand. All the fixings for green curry include tinned pastes and just-add-water noodles—or fresh lemon grass, kaffir limes and their leaves for purists who prefer to make their own sauces.
