There are all the usual Asian grocery basics at Galleria (plastic bags of peeled garlic, stir-fry and soy sauces, ramen), enriched with a strong organic sel­ection that includes produce, miso paste and tofu. Seafood offerings include everything from frozen squid to industrial-size bags of shrimp. Traditional Korean snacks and beverages, such as bright green aloe vera drinks, are on offer. There’s plenty of in-store prepared food, ranging from veggie sides to beef soup. There’s also a mini–food court behind the housewares selection, with bak­ery, tofu and quick meals on offer at different stalls.
