Brad Kurtenbach makes most of his 30 flavours of organic and locally sourced ice cream in his walk-in-closet-size shop on Queen West. Among his more adventurous flavours are apricot and peach ripple, Mo’ Fig (molasses and figs) and chocolate-fig-chili. The shop also sells dairy-free organic slushies and vegan-friendly granita.
