This elegant, funky tea salon also has a shop that sells high-quality imported teas. In the salon itself, you can choose from 32 or more varieties and drink them at afternoon tea, with pastries or an Asian fusion–style lunch. There are always some unusual treats on the list—Crooked Horse oolong, for example, so named because the leaves are hooked at the tip like a variety of Asian peach called crooked horse. Sit and taste them all in the charming tea house beyond the store’s little back courtyard. Closed Tuesday; closed January and three weeks in August.
