Simryn’s owner, Noni Fenby, is squeezing a new refrigerator into her Lilliputian store. And she’ll need it to make room for the shop’s new selection of desserts, including lemon squares and chocolate mousse cake. Chocolates, however, are still Fenby’s focus. Her truffles prove she’s a real pro at pairing liquors and chocolate: apricot brandy and dark chocolate, coconut rum and milk chocolate, and Kahlúa and white chocolate are just a few of the delectable combinations. Teetotallers have plenty of options, too, including a delicate wild blueberry truffle with white chocolate ganache.
