Everything Colleen Wong-Sala sells is organic, fair trade and of exquisite flavour and quality. For example, she infuses the cream base of her Hot Tamale truffles with ancho and chipotle peppers. It’s a two-day process, but shortcuts won’t do. The vegan chai masala truffle (made with soy milk, bittersweet chocolate and Wong-Sala’s “masala mix”) is dark, smooth and rich enough to fool cream fans. Don’t miss house-made ice creams and ethereal chocolate smoothies.
