Here, one can give a patriotic salute to Canadian artisanal cheeses and the usual suspects from around the globe (manchego, raclette). The coast-to-coast selection has been expanded to include an organic dairy case, fresh produce and homemade soups, dips and vinaigrettes. Crusty loaves are provided by Epi Breads, and in the charcuterie case, handcrafted Italian salumi are not to be missed.
