Situated at the edge of the Beach, this neighbourhood butcher is known for its fine selection of naturally raised fresh farm cuts from Rowe Farms, along with homemade salsas, salad dressings and barbecue sauces. Displayed along one wall are air-chilled chicken breasts, Frenched lamb racks, and plump chorizo, Moroccan and Italian sausages. For protein with a punch, choose from curried butterflied lamb legs, sesame-garlic pork chops and Thai chicken breasts. In the back of the butchery you’ll find schnitzels, cabbage rolls, latkes, and fresh or frozen burgers—all of which are homemade.
