All the meat in this lovely wood-floored snug of a shop is organically raised: pork, lamb and beef from Beretta; duck from La Ferme; chicken from Fenwood. Other meats are cubed and kebabed, ground into burgers or sausages (duck with orange is particularly wonderful), stuffed (lamb with spinach and Swiss cheese) or marinated in various rich flavours. The owners also recently installed a tandoor and a smoker, adding to their offerings. There are a variety of pies in the freezers and homemade chutneys and pasta sauces on the shelves.
