The mural outside promises a circus of poultry, and the inside certainly delivers. Kosher? Check. Halal? Check. Giblets, livers, feet? No doubt. Roasters, fryers, stewers? Done, done and done. There are, of course, eggs, bones for stock, and individual breasts, legs and wings. The only glaring omissions in the chicken pantheon are the total lack of organic birds and the limited availability of free-range products (whole birds only). For those who prefer ruminants, there’s also a limited selection of lamb, beef and goat, though an emphasis on such obscure cuts as feet and oxtails favours adventurous eaters.
