Cut from aged Alberta Angus, steaks include the best-selling tri-tip sirloin and the butcher’s favourite, hanger. Plump chickens and succulent ribs draw the grill jockeys in summer, as do additive- and preservative-free house-made sausages and burgers. The cheese case offers everything you need for a quick pasta dinner. Fresh ricotta and cannoli are Saturday-only treats.
