Once the pride of Yorkville, Wanda Beaver now hangs out her shingle at a new Kensington bakery-café. What hasn’t changed, of course, are her signature pies, offered whole or by the slice. Before tucking into a piece of sour cherry, apple crumble or lemon meringue, indulge in a square of homemade pizza or a freshly made sandwich. Dulce de leche coconut cookies highlight a roster of cupcakes and other baked indulgences. Vegan options are available.
