Tatsu's Bread

  • 416-253-5557
Though it’s tucked into a faceless plaza, this all-natural bread shop is comfortable, with its big leather chairs and smattering of café tables. Customers choose from beautiful rye, spelt and walnut loaves that are leavened with a unique starter, a “wild yeast” made from organic raisins and spring water. Other bakery staples (cookies, scones, tarts, cakes, and gâteau Basque) are rounded out with dairy-free and vegan treats.
