Made with organic, mostly local flour and kneaded by those in need (thanks to a six-month training program), St. John’s breads satisfy all the requirements for eating with a clear conscience. Loaves are available across the city, but for the freshest and widest selection, visit the shop next to the St. John’s Mission. The olive-cilantro bread and multi-grain sourdough are good choices.
