Bonjour Brioche

Probably the most well-known café in Leslieville, Bonjour Brioche is a prime place for flaky pastries and café breakfasts and lunches. Quiches are a talking point: is it the nutmeg that makes the spinach version so good, or the flakiness of the pastry? And how do they make the filling so light? Baguettes are among the best in the city. The Brioche Royale (like a jelly doughnut filled with lemon curd and raspberry or blueberry pastry cream) is delightful when eaten fresh. Take home pretty fruit tarts for easy entertaining. Read our review of Bonjour Brioche >>
