This airy downtown space doesn’t let in much city noise. Before class, browse the equipment, books and videos on offer. This is the only licensed Jivamukti school in the city—a physically challenging form of yoga that incorporates Sanskrit chanting, spiritual text and music—and the first to bring it to Canada.
