The only place to savasana in Bloor West Village, this compact one-room studio can get pretty crammed on weeknights. But there are plenty of peaceful alternatives to the post-work crunch: some classes start at 6 a.m. and the studio is open seven days a week, so there are less-crowded options. In addition to the usual ashtanga, hatha and Iyengar classes, there are specialized programs for runners, the over-50 set, pregnant and postnatal women, and Mom, Dad ’n’ Me classes (open to schoolchildren and their parents).
How much:
single class $16, 10 classes $130, unlimited classes $1,200 per year.
