Owner Danielle Bélec’s approach to Pilates incorporates a system known as Integrated Movement Therapies, which is influenced by Laban Movement Analysis and draws on elements of yoga and Tai Chi. Students work toward diverse goals, such as improved core strength, flexibility and posture, as well as injury rehabilitation and pain management. Held in two studios, private and semi-private classes lead participants through both Reformer and mat techniques, with yoga also on offer. Certification training is available.

group classes $22–$32, semi-private $40–$50, private $70–$80 per hour; postural assessment $75.
