Body Harmonics Pilates

Classical Pilates is great for the core, but can be tough on the back. That’s why Margot McKinnon offers several different classes (about 50 at the Dupont studio alone) geared to a variety of abilities, from beginner to advanced, so that students can gradually build up to the classic postures. Her approach draws a big following: McKinnon’s classes attract clients from as far away as Collingwood and Guelph. Most come for general fitness, but participants include everyone from elite athletes to people suffering from chronic back pain.
How much:
group classes $15–$23; semi-private classes $42–$48, private classes $61–$73.
