Optimum Fitness Personal Training

  • 416-256-6226
Working in their homes and gyms, personal trainer Gary Rothbart trains people mostly 40 years old and up, who often come with a referral from a doctor. A firm believer that exercise can cure or at least moderate the effects of some illnesses, he devises programs for people with diabetes, osteoporosis and high blood pressure. Some of his clients just want to get in shape (lean and toned, not big and bulky) and lose weight.
How much:
$80–$100 per hour.
