Aside from training the Canadian national basketball team and Steve Nash, Jason Fisher also works with plain folks, usually in their own homes (though he does have a private studio). He’s big on technique, properly balancing the body to safeguard against injury. Fisher is able to use as little equipment as possible—maybe just a few light dumbbells, some tubing and a therapeutic ball—so people can work out wherever and whenever they have the time. Group training is available.
How much:
$85–$115 per hour; couples $130 per hour.
