A Mr. America finalist and a pioneer among Toronto trainers, owner Mark Kehr has worked with everyone from Peter Munk to Alanis Morissette. Most people don’t want to be big and bulky, so Kehr and his staff of 10 trainers try for a lean, balanced body. Provided you follow their instructions, Kehr says you can safely lose up to 10 pounds a month. Fitness One on One operates out of his 15,000-square-foot gym, the Training Room.
How much:
initiation fee varies, monthly fee $39–$49, hourly fee $70–$90.
