Daryl Devonish doesn’t want to be your pal or your babysitter. The former phys. ed. teacher and current director of the Fitness Institute wants standardized home training and results—and he gets them, from such clients as Eric Lindros. People talk a lot about “mind-body-spirit,” says Devonish, but “the ladies from Rosedale want toned butts and tight abs.” Expect a biomechanical assessment, core work, power circuits and intense half-hour sessions for executives on the go. Group training is available.
How much:
$90–$100 per hour.
