A personal trainer since 1989, Bsirk founder Bruce Tisdale used to be in charge of the instructors at the Adelaide Club. Adamant that workouts can be both fun and productive, he’s easygoing, but firmly focused on long-term results. Most of Tisdale’s clients are executives with plenty of determination and little time. For them, he has perfected the half-hour session of intense strength training ($55); cardio is done on their own time. Tisdale is often found working out of some of Toronto’s luxury hotels (the Four Seasons) or on movie sets (Chicago), but he is also available for in-home sessions.
How much:
$95 per hour (pairs training together, $110 per hour).
