Run by the husband-and-wife team of Alex and Casey Nolis, both RMTs, the centre specializes in deep-tissue massage for common ailments, as well as tips for injury prevention. Therapists often end sessions by teaching stretching techniques, to help clients improve posture or decrease muscle tension. Hot stone massage, chiropractic medicine, acupuncture and custom orthotics are recent additions. Renovations have doubled the centre’s square footage and number of treatment rooms.
