Used by the Israeli defence force, Krav Maga was invented in 1948. Typical moves include groin kicking, eye gouging and shin stomping. Students learn to defend themselves from single and multiple aggressors, as well as gun and knife attacks. This school is the only officially licensed Krav Maga facility in Toronto. Located in a condo-commercial complex, the facilities have been upgraded. The class attracts just as many women as men; it’s a great cardio workout. Programs for kids and teenagers have recently been added.

kids and teens $75 per month, adults $99 per month.
