Tucked up in a sunny second-floor Beach studio, this gym feels bright and cheery. Regulars follow the circuit—about 11 machines—which can handle 22 women at once, who change stations every 30 to 90 seconds. Some of the classes are run by owner and personal trainer Ariella Tsafatinos, who keeps an eye out for anyone who needs a hand. A renovated studio space houses weekly classes, which include aerobics, belly dancing, Pilates, yoga, Tai Chi and pre- and postnatal fitness. Kids’ programs are also available.
