This mall-based gym packs a good deal. Membership includes all fitness classes, plus 10 personal training sessions over the year. For a cardio workout, there are bikes, elliptical machines, cross-trainers, 20-plus treadmills, a new hybrid bike—and no lineups. Weight machines by middle-of-the-road brands Matrix, Pulse and Lever are designed to suit smaller frames. Instructors lead a host of classes; yogalates, core strengthening, step, boxing, boot camp and belly dancing.
