This Markham club offers a full-blown approach to health and fitness. On first visit, new clients sit down with owner Adam Theodorou (a former personal trainer) to discuss lifestyle habits, then strap on the electrodes and calipers for a full body composition analysis. A phalanx of specialists—two massage therapists, a chiropractor, a reflexologist, a sports therapist and a nutritionist—are kept on retainer, and a staff of full-time trainers are available around the clock. Stripped-down memberships are available for those who only want use of Soho’s equipment, which includes a range of cardio machines (each with its own flat screen TV), a 12-station Dynamax Pro strength training line and free weights.

How much:: no initiation fee, monthly fee $50–$70.
