The 70,000-square-foot facility houses an 18-metre pool, five squash courts, two racquetball courts and a gym with a 100-metre suspended running track. Outside are three tennis courts and three new beach volleyball courts. Young basketballers are a fixture in the gorgeous hardwood gymnasium. Older patrons get busy in the fitness area, where management made a $100,000 upgrade, adding 10 new selectorized weight machines, Life Fitness cardio gear and an aerobics studio that offers classes including Latin Cardio Mix, Cardio kick-boxing and boot camp.
