Shape Health and Wellness Centre

Shape takes the boutique approach to working you out, offering one-on-one private sessions or “treatment units” with its staff of personal trainers, acupuncturists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, nutritionists and masseurs. Everything is customizable; if you’re looking to sweat, a treatment unit could mean one hour of high-intensity boxing instruction. Or ditch the gloves and use your units to hit the spa for a manicure and pedicure. Other options include 45 minutes of nutritional counselling or 30 minutes of acupuncture. Treatment units are sold in a pay-as-you-go format and in packages, from the deluxe 48-unit, 12-week option to the merely indulgent spa day package, which includes personal training, a private Pilates Reformer or yoga session, and various spa treatments. If you’d rather work out on your own in the fully tricked out gym, a monthly membership ($99) is offered.
How much:
no initiation fee, monthly membership fee $99; treatment units $99 each (membership not required), treatment unit packages available.
