Cyclemaniacs convene at this loft-like space along King Street West for a variety of drop-in spin classes that average about one hour. There’s even a Pilates-inspired option to work that core. Serious riders push their quads to the limit during the three-hour endurance class, but new spinners needn’t feel intimidated: beginners’ classes are offered on weekends at noon. All the sweaty sessions are quasi-dance parties on wheels, with high-energy soundtracks blaring to keep the spirits high. There are even artist-themed classes—Coldplay and Prince are past favourites. Occasionally, a live DJ spins while you do.
